I have supported Liverpool FC for over 50 years

I was born in the City and I have supported Liverpool as long as I can remember.

One of my most treasured memories was when they won the FA Cup in 1965.The final took place on 1 May 1965 at Wembley Stadium.

Our opponents were Leeds United who had come up from the second division the previous year. The game went into extra time — the first Final to do so since 1947, and the additional period was played out in an atmosphere of extreme tension and drama before we were victorious. We won 2-1

Bill Shankly took the Reds to the 1965 European Cup Semi Final in 1965, days after winning the FA Cup but Shanks dream was ruined by a dodgy referee, who was accused of taking bribes years later.

The fan club here in Norway is really incredible with over 22,000 members from young kids to pensioners.

At this present time they are fighting in the premier league to try and finish in fourth place so they can go into Europe.
