Shrimps are delicious.Trust me !

Shrimps and crusty bread. WOW !!! Scrumptious.

One of the best things of living by the sea is the easy access to all it has to offer. The taste of fresh seafood right from the boat is an experience you don’t want to miss.

We have a friend who owns a fishing boat, and after every trip, he always puts 2 or 3 kilos away for us. We just go on board and retrieve them from the ice box.

He usually docks quite late, so we pick them up early next morning.

It’s possible to buy them shelled or unshelled, also cooked, raw, fresh or frozen.

I must admit, for me personally peeling them is the biggest problem. I have tried and tried without success, I just seem to rip them to pieces.

At every meal, there’s always someone trying to teach me, but I just can’t master the technique.

One thing I can say though they are delicious, trust me.

Here is the correct way to peel them

Here is a delicious recipe

ENJOY MMMMMMMMMM !
